Where to begin...

I honestly don't know where to begin on the happenings of our last month. We have been really busy and decided that since we only had a year left here we were going to try and do as much as we possibly could here on island in case we never make it back. This includes hikes, some to great heights, some to hidden beaches

We also threw in a trip to Utah to visit family and friends. We had a fabulous time and I think everyone else did too. We went ice skating with my dads family and that was really fun. Brandon went snow boarding with my siblings while I found comfort in my dads not so warm home.

Ice Skating all bundled up...

Emma had fun but was disappointed she wasn't as good as she thought she would be...

Some of us were happy....

Some of us were not.

Back on island, we went to Kewela Bay which is near Turtle Bay, but just far enough from everything that it is a hidden beach tucked in at the end of a hike. It was awesome to be the only ones at this beautiful beach.

Then there is the old reliable beaches that my kids love to play at.

Hunama Bay where Brandon snorkels and I watch. I really do wish I could venture out to see these beautiful fish, but I hate the thought of fish being near me...ewww.

Another hike with it's reward of a beautiful landscape.

Well, that about does it. We have been busy, and plan to be the rest of the year. Make sure if you were planning to come, to make your plans soon, time is a ticking.

Sorry to have worried you about cars sliding out of driveways on your Utah trip! I love the new pictures--especially Emma pouting--and I can't believe how big the kiddos are getting. Enjoy your last year in Hawaii and I can't wait to hear about all of your adventures you have yet to plan!

I am glad that you had a good trip back to Utah. I love the pictures. I'm glad that you are taking advantage of living in Hawaii and seeing everything you can. I am jealous.
