Memorial weekend

I wouldn't feel right unless I said that I am truly thankful for all our military service members, those of the past and present. What a sacrifice they ( and their families) make so that we can enjoy freedom.
With that said, we are in full holiday weekend mode. Saturday we spent the day at the park flying a kite. This us a huge accomplishment for this Ferran family. The last time we tried, we couldn't get that dang kite to fly( that was 3 years ago). But success this time around!!!












Today we spent the day at California's Great America. It's the big thrill ride amusement park here. We had a lot of fun.






I love this one because Elias is terrified!!!


And then so happy all in one ride.


Emma was nice enough to go on the little rides with Elias.











Where are the big thrill rides, you may wonder, oh.... We didn't get to go on those. Emma is still too short and we spent all day in kidszone!!! Maybe next time:)


A perfect ending to a long day!!


Tomorrow we will be going to the yankee game Look for a post where we sport our yankee gear at the colosseum!!!
