Wow, what a week at the Ferran home. Halloween is no laughing matter around here. We had 4 parties to go to and then actual trick or treating and Emma decided she wanted to be something different each time. She is lucky she has so many dress up clothes to satisfy her hunger!!!
Day one:
She dresses as Princess Belle
Elias is a chicken that Emma wore when she was two! But he hated to wear it, it was way way too hot!
Day two:
Emma is a hula dancer
Day Three:
Emma is Snow White
We went to a party at her old preschool where she re-united with her best friend Luke.
Elias is a mummy.
My rendition of carving pumpkins...
Elias did not like how the pumpkin looked inside, let alone touching it. He really would have nothing to do with it.
Emma observed as Brandon carved the first pumpkin.
She helps me gut the pumpkin, although she doesn't enjoy getting her hands goopy. She is truly my child!!!

Elias plays pin the nose on the pumpkin, without closing his eyes, and he still needs help!
Day Four:
It is so weird to be in this climate this time of year. Finally the kids didn't have to get all bundled to go trick or treating. It was nice and we ended up with so much candy, I don't know what to do with it all.
Hope everyone else enjoyed this spooky time of year. We miss all our family and friends and look forward see you all!

Finally the moment has arrived to get out there and trick or treat. Emma wanted to be a spooky ghost for about five months now, so I made her costume and Elias' as well. We really had a great time this year.

Flip flops and tanks on Halloween...something is definitely wrong with that! The kids looked so darling. Love Emma's smile in the picture with her friend Luke. So cute. Great job on the costumes!
